At WandInk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on our paid plans.
Pro Plan Refunds
If you're not satisfied with your Pro plan subscription, you may request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase
- Refunds apply to the initial subscription period only
- Renewal charges are not eligible for refund unless requested before the renewal date
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
BYOK Plan Refunds
The BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) plan is a one-time lifetime purchase. Due to the nature of this product, refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you have not used the service extensively.
- Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase
- Refunds may be denied if the service has been used extensively
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
Free Plan
The Free plan is provided at no cost and does not require any payment, therefore no refunds are applicable.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team with your purchase details. Include your email address associated with your WandInk account and the date of purchase.
Non-Refundable Items
- Refunds are not available for partially used subscription periods
- Refunds are not available for purchases made more than the specified time period ago
- Refunds are not available if the service has been used in violation of our Terms of Service
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of WandInk after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Refund Policy.
