  • Voice to Text: Transcription is performed entirely on your device without sending audio to servers.
  • Local Features: Many writing assistance features work offline and process data locally.

5. Cloud Processing

When you use cloud-based AI models (GPT, Claude, etc.), your content is sent to third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) or your own API endpoints (BYOK plan). We:

  • Do not store your content unless necessary for the Service
  • Use industry-standard encryption for data transmission
  • Only send the minimum data required for processing
  • Allow you to use your own API keys (BYOK plan) for complete control
